Brien Dickson

Brien Dickson is an experienced leader in research and project management. With over 30 years of experience as a naval officer he served on nuclear power submarine and commanded a fast attack submarine and Naval Base Point Loma in San Diego. He developed and led teams in challenging and unique environments from overhauling submarines in dry dock to conducting missions vital to national security halfway around the world. As a base commanding officer, he expanded services and significantly reduced costs through empowering people. During his last assignment in the Navy, he grew the Southern University NROTC program through recruiting and engagement.
